摘要: 汽车产品开发的典型过程是这样的:市场部门进行市场调研,确立产品定位;设
计部门根据市场部门的输入确定产品的开发平台,然后确定新车型相对于旧车型的变更信
息。过去在设计阶段才会借助 CAE 进行辅助分析,那么不可避免的继承原有车型的某些顽
疾或产生新的设计失误。本文基于 HyperMesh 中的 MORPH 模块,在旧车型有限元模型的
上进行网格变形,得到新车型的概念白车身有限元模型。分析变形后的白车身的弯曲和扭转
刚度及自由模态,与相近车型进行比较,对设计提出预见性的建议,从而避免后期设计中可
能出现的问题。

Abstract This is a process of a vehicle development: The market department made
market research and then oriented the new product. The design department made sure
the product development platform and different from the base car. In a general way,
assistant analyze the model in design phase by CAE. But the disadvantage of the base
car will be kept or make new mistakes. Based on MORPH module of HyperMesh, morph
the FE model of the base car to get the BIW FE model of the new car in concept phase.
According to the analysis of the bending stiffness, the torsion stiffness and the mode for
the new FE model and pare of the new result and the other parallel cars, this
paper gives some advice to the design department to avoid some problem.
