摘要:试验发现,某混合动力客车一阶弯曲模态频率低,致使车辆在正常运行过程中
发动机 2 阶激励和电机激励均能激起动力总成弯曲共振的发生。通过对动力总成进行模
态测试和有限元分析,得知该动力总成合成箱部分结构刚度明显不足,为此,采用
OptiStruct 拓扑优化技术针对合成箱进行了结构优化设计,使动力总成一阶弯曲模态频
率由 75Hz 提高到了 116Hz,满足了设计要求;同时,通过新结构的模态测试得到了验
证。

Abstract: The experimentation showed that the first mode frequency of hybrid bus was
low, and the bend resonant would be happened by the excitations of engine and
electromotor when the vehicle was running normally. With the test and the FE analysis of
power unit, it was known that the structure rigidity of posite box was very
insufficient. Therefore, the structure optimization of posite box was done by using
topology optimization, and the first mode frequency of power unit was enhanced form
75Hz to 116Hz, so that the design requirement would be satisfied, at the same time, the
result was validated by the modal test of new structure.
