microstructure and molecular interaction in starch film, chitosan film and konjac glucomannan film were reviewed. The
changes in microstructure and physicochemical properties of the films blended with nanoparticles and polysaccharides were
emphatically described, in order to provide reference for the microstructure design and film performance control of the
polysaccharide based blend films.
