在发生，我们都能力所能及地加以处理好。学校设施的保养和维修，对部分班级的课桌凳、黑板、电器开关、插座、日光灯、门窗等进行了维修。定期维护办公室、电脑室的电脑设备。总务处本着节约的原则，自己动手做些小修理，如：电脑的维护、维修等，并做到随叫随到。
三、安全管理方面
1、安全工作始终是学校各项工作的重中之重，我们十分注重加强对学生乘车和学生骑车行走的安全知识教育。
2、对学校的安全设施和器材的购置，做好水、电、房舍、饮食卫生等方面的安全管理做到不定期进行检查，发现问题，并及时整改；还制定安全校园疏散应急预案。
3、门卫和值导人员严格实行学校制订的安全保卫工作，检查隐患，发现问题，及时整改。逢节假日，我们落实行政人员值班负责工作，加强了节假日学校财产安全保卫工作，使学校财产免遭不必要的损失。 
四、工作反思
1、在环境管理上，保洁工作虽然总体上有了一些提高，但还存在不足的地方。如：厕所卫生状况还没有彻底解决，需加强学校卫生保
