Itnot only heavily affectsthe enterprises, but bears onthe interests of the trade unions and theemployees. The research of the employees’mitment to anizational citizenship behaviors(OCB) is to find the balance between petition and cooperation for enterprises and unions, help them adjust the strategy in anizational management and make theenterprises, the unions and the employees achieve win-win this thesis, we firstly fully refer to the home and broad relevant academic research,then further study the conception, measurement and the relationship of the two important variables of hypotheses about mitment and OCB, build the model and the theoretical hypothesis of the mitments to the citizenship behaviors’ effect, and do the empirical research them using Chinese private employees as the sample through the questionnaire, data analysis and statistical the thesis, the mode on mitment affects OCB is divided intothree types: one mode is that mitment directly influences to theOCB; another one is that mitment is treated as the mediator in the relationship between mitment and the OCB; the third one is mitment is treated as the mediator in the relationship between the mitment and theOCB. The results of the empirical research are that: First,employees’ mitment, mitment and mitment have the directinfluence to the OCB; Second, mitment can be treated as the mediator in the relationship between mitment and the OCB; Third, mitment cannot be treated as the mediator in the relationship between the mitment and the contribution of this article is selecting effects of the mitment to the OCB to do the theoretical and empirical research.
