    本律师接受海清之委托，就贵报刊登不实报道，侵犯我委托人名誉之事宜，特致函如下：
    2012年3月13日，贵报刊登由贵报记者章琰撰写的标题为《海清中途“逃跑”剧组损失千万》的报道，报道称：“女主角海清在广州拍摄粤菜题材电视剧《后厨》时多次改剧情导致拍摄延误，最后拖到男主角小沈阳档期到期，而海清则索性“北上逃跑”；二次开机时，海清拒绝南下，剧组只得拆掉广州影棚，去北京重新搭建，来来回回损失近千万元”，并评述我委托人“改剧本”、“不配合”及“耍大牌”的三大罪状。
    贵社在未与我委托人及投资方核实新闻真实性的情况下，道听途说即作出上述报道，其内容纯属捏造，与事实严重不符。截至目前，该报道已被多家新闻媒体转载。贵社捏造事实并加以传播以至诋毁我委托人名誉，损害其尊严的行为已给我委托人的声誉和人格造成严重负面影响，并使其个人形象贬损及社会评价被降低。贵社此种极端不负责任的行为亦违背新闻从业者的职业操守。
