实训内容
（一）AJR发动机的拆解过程
（排气、水泵支架、发动机支架）：
（1）先用扳手扭松进气（排气、水泵支架、发动机支架）歧管紧固螺栓（从两端向中间松）
（2）再用快速扳手拆卸进气（排气、水泵支架、发动机支架）歧管紧固螺栓、螺母
（3）取下进气（排气、水泵支架、发动机支架）歧管（将衬垫、螺栓、进气歧管放在一起，避免与其他的螺栓混淆）
，取下正时同步带上防护罩
（1）预松曲轴皮带盘紧固螺栓（对角线松）
（2）拆卸下曲轴皮带盘紧固螺栓
（3）取下曲轴皮带盘

（1）用中号荆棘扳手加一个接杆加一个10mm的套筒预松正时皮带中间防护罩螺栓
（2）再用中号荆棘扳手加一个接杆加一个10mm的套筒拆卸正时皮带中间防护罩螺栓（两个螺栓滑丝）
（3）取下正时皮带中间防护罩
（1）预松正时皮带下防护罩螺栓
（2）拆卸正时皮带下防护罩螺栓
（3）取下正时皮带下防护罩（工具步骤同上）
（1）松开张紧器螺母
（2）取下正时皮带
（3）取下张紧器
（1）预松正时皮带后防护罩螺栓
（2）拆卸正时皮带后防护罩螺栓
（3）取下正时皮带后防护罩
（1）预松气门室罩盖螺母
（2）拆卸气门室罩盖螺母
（3）取下半圆罩
