摘要:近年来由于融资租赁行业在我国迅速发展,其行业的主要投入方向逐渐趋向于对医疗设备的投入。医疗设备融资租赁的引入,不仅拓宽了医院的融资渠道,还缓解了医院的资金短缺问题,同时可以利用较短的时间来提升医院的整体效益。融资租赁以其独有的所有权与使用权相分离的特点,具备信用风险小、租赁物最终处置方式灵活的优势。
本文首先对医疗设备融资租赁行业的现状进行概述,详细分析医疗设备融资租赁在我国发展过程中的利弊与风险。在此基础上,提出针对符合我国国情的医疗设备融资租赁方案,最后对医疗设备融资租赁行业在我国的前景进行展望并提出建议。

Abstract:In recent years,due to the rapid development of the financing lease industry in China, the main investment direction of the industry tend to the input of medical equipment. The introduction of medical equipment leasing, not only widen the hospital's financing channel, also alleviates the hospital shortage of funds, and it can use a relatively short period of time to improve the overall efficiency at the same time. Its unique ownership of financial lease separate from the right to use, to operate. Financial lease has disadvantages of little credit risk and flexible final expression about lease things.
Firstly this paper summarize present situation about medical equipment leasing industry, and detailed analysis about the pros and cons and risk of medical equipment financing lease in the process of development. On this basis, the paper aims to medical equipment leasing scheme according with the condition of our country, and prospect the outlook in china of medical equipment leasing industry and make mendations at last.
