I do not believe that she has many weaknesses that more time and experience will not solve. The MBA program will give her more business knowledge and skills that she does not already possess. I feel she can improve her management skills further during the MBA program in Guanghua School of Management in Peking University.
She can corporate well with the colleagues in the company. We are still disappointed that she left our company, but I and the other managers support her in her endeavors and this very highly of her.
