I have known her since she joined our company in April of 2004. She left the company in March of 2008 and we have continued our contact afterwards.

She has proven herself and her abilities on numerous occasions in the company. First, she took full responsibility for the accounting department when the current managers left the company. Until we could find a suitable replacement, she successfully took the necessary steps to run the
department well. She was young and inexperienced, but she worked hard to overcome the difficulty and made everyone at the company very happy. She exceeded my expectations. Later, I put her on the ERP project. Again, she did not disappoint me even though the project was very complicated. Her efforts showed that she can work under pressure, possesses excellent organizing skill, and is a good team player - all skills we look for in our managers. She led a team of 20 staff to complete the complex project on budget and ahead of schedule.
