文档介绍：I阿克苏市城市用地规模合理性研究摘要2010年5月,中央召开了新疆工作座谈会,之后中央启动了最大规模的对口援疆计划,新疆进入一个快速发展的历史机遇期,城市化进程及城市全方位的建设势必加快步伐,一方面,阿克苏市处于南疆气候干旱区、生态脆弱,土地扩展与耕地及生态保护相互交织博弈;另一方面,阿克苏市作为南疆的一个重要要塞城市,城市发展的速度在继续加快,城市用地规模也在发生进一步的变化。现状的增长速度是否合理?如何有效地配置有限的土地资源,发挥土地的最佳使用效率和效益,如何确定城市用地的合理规模,都是需要回答和关注的问题。本文以阿克苏市建成区为主要研究范围,选取了该市2007-2011年的相关城市基础数据,包括城市常住人口、城市建成区面积、城市GDP增长量、固定资产投资等资料,通过构建评价指标体系,对阿克苏市2007-2011年的城市用地特征、方向、速度及协调度进行评价,城市经济增长、社会发展和生态建设发展不均衡;城市用地所产生的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益整体处于基本协调等级。同时,依据城市用地扩展的驱动力因素分析,运用线性回归法和灰色模型等方法预测城市人口规模,通过多种方法比对,进行平均值测算,,。通过现状评价和未来预测相结合,对阿克苏市未来城市用地提出相关建议,以其达到促进城市建设用地合理扩展,实现城市土地高效利用、合理布局的目的。关键词:阿克苏市;城市用地规模;合理性;评价;预测IIStudy onRationalityof Urban Land use Scale of Aksu CityAbstractAfter the Xinjiang Forum hosted by China Central government in May,2010,a large scale of Xinjiang aid projects are the same time,Xinjiang steps into an unprecedented developing era,it is inevitable that the urbanization process will accelerate the fragile ecological environment in Xinjiang,the urbanization process should be highly city is located in arid zone featuring with ecological vulnerability,the city scale and ecological protection should be greatly the other hand,Aksu city in an important transportation transit,recent years urban development has showed fast increase,and the urban land use scale has to study on the Aksu's urban land scale and to carry out rationality evaluation on urban land efficiency is helpful to make ,how to effectively allocated scare land resources,realize the maximum benefit of land use and verify the appropriate land use scale should be paper formulated indicator evaluation system by selecting a series of indicator such as permanent population,urban area,GDP,fixed capital to evaluate the urban land use in Aksu city between 2007 and 2011,the results illustrated that the urban economic inc
