建议名单报省文明委同意，并在省级主要新闻媒体公示，公示结果不影响命名表彰的，提交省文明委审定。
（四）命名表彰。省文明委审定批准后，进行命名表彰。
第四章 奖惩
第九条 对文明单位实行“精神奖励为主，物质奖励为辅”的奖励原则。省级文明单位由111精神文明建设指导委员会颁发奖牌和证书。
第十条 获得“111文明单位标兵”、“111文明单位”荣誉称号的单位，可在命名后对单位职工进行一定的物质奖励。“111文明单位标兵”年度奖金最高不超过单位职工两个半月的平均工资总额，“111文明单位”年度奖金最高不超过单位职工两个月的平均工资总额。奖金按本单位职工工资来源渠道解决。
第十一条 对已获得省级文明单位荣誉称号的，凡发现有弄虚作假、骗取荣誉的，予以撤销。被撤销称号的单位，不得参加下一届申报评选。
第十二条 在届期内，凡创建工作停滞不前、严重滑坡或出现重大问题的申报单位，视情况给予批评、警告、限期整改、取消参评资格等处理。
