County continuation records has examined and approved the draft, spirit, believe, comprehensive Yearboo馆灵动起来。学校建起了四色文化馆，这四色即为：红色童心、金色风帆、绿原新语、银滩情韵，这富有盐阜地方特色的文化馆，演绎着盐城的历史，镌刻着老区的沧桑，汇集了盐阜文化的精髓，内容丰富多彩，不仅让学生了解了家乡的发展变化，同时也激发了学生爱家乡、建设家乡的热情。这样丰富的教育载体，给孩子们的童年烙上深深的文化印记。自2007年开馆以来，先后接待了来自澳大利亚、英国、韩国、台北等国家和地区的参观者。

建校以后，学校先后投入200多万元建设图书楼，建筑面积达1440平方米，设有藏书室、资料室、教工阅览室、学生阅览室、读书交流活动室、读书成果展示室等。建立了先进的电子借阅系统，选购了35000多册新书、好书，征订了300多种报刊杂志，添置了丰富的音像资料。同时制订了一系列的图书馆使用与开放制度，配备了数名专兼职管理人员，优质高效地为教育教学工作服务。为最大效应地发挥场馆功能，学校开设了阅读课，并列入课表，每个班级每周都到学生阅览室上一节阅读课。平时每个班两周内到图书室借书一次，每月公布一次最受学生欢迎的书目。目前，每天的借阅频率平均达1200多次。一流的设施、优质的服务，让师生徜徉在诗画般的环境中。今年7月，学校图书馆被评为“全国中小学图书馆先进集体”。
