同种异体皮质骨在颈椎前路减压术后重建中的应用

摘要目的: 观察同种异体皮质骨用于颈椎前路减压术后重建的临床疗效。方法: 自 2001 年 1 月~2003 年 1
月, 应用异体皮质骨替代自体髂骨移植治疗2 57 例颈椎疾病患者, 平均随访 23 1 个月, 对临床疗效、颈椎曲度及植骨
愈合情况进行随访观察。结果: 脊髓功能评分平均增加 5 5 分, 手术疗效优良率为 84 2 % ; 颈椎前凸保持良好; 术后
5 个月内出现植骨并发症 3 例(占 5 2 %) , 其中 2 例行二次手术; 术后 5~6 个月拍片及骨扫描示植骨融合, 随访 1 年
以上患者骨性融合率达 100 % (19/ 19) 。结论: 同种异体皮质骨可替代自体髂骨植骨用于颈椎前路减压术后重建。
