问题二:人才培养缺乏系统性
没有完善的培训体系及丰富的内部讲师力量,培训就必然要借助外部师资,外部师资即使在实战方面与企业实际情况贴近,却会因为培训时机的安排缺乏系统性,在不合时宜的时候安排培训,如同“头疼医头,脚痛医脚“,缺乏系统支持的培训,往往是事倍功半的。
QIBC认为系统的培养人才,必须完成“两个系统化“培训体制的系统化与课程体系的系统化。在培训体制系统化方面,首先一定是要健全内部培训机制,建立完善的培训体系及内部讲师队伍,完成体制上的系统性。
而在课程系统性方面,QIBC对国内诸多企业进行研究时,发现这样一个规律:同样的培训内容,员工自身素质高懂得学以致用,培训效果会好些,素质低的就只能停留在知识层面,对实际工作没有太多帮助。因此培训的效果好坏对员工的自身素质是有要求的,若想把知识转化成技能提高工作效率,首先要从员工素质开始。
