Managing petitive advantage
To survive and win, you have to gain advantage over petitors. What petitive advantage for pany? The four pillars petitive advantage are low cost, quality products, speed, and innovation.
1:petitiveness成本竞争力
petitiveness : keeping costs low in order to achieve profits and prices that are attractive to consumers.
成本竞争力:为了取得利润和制定对顾客有吸引力的价格而保持低成本。
petitiveness means that your costs are kept low enough so that you can realize profits and price your products (goods or services) at levels that are attractive to ,以使你能够实现利润和制定对顾客有吸引力的(产品或服务)价格。
2:Quality质量
Quality is the excellence of your product, including its attractiveness, lack of defects, reliability, and long-term ,包括它的吸引力、没有缺陷、可靠和长期可靠性
Quality can be measured in terms of performance, additional features, reliability, conformance to standards, durability, serviceability, and aesthetics.
