The opportunity cost is correctly recognized, in order to achieve the importance of enterprise management decision-making is well understood goal. This article mainly expounds the connotation and meaning of the opportunity cost in the financial decision making of enterprise, application of different enterprise financial management decision-making in the field of opportunity cost, enterprises ignore the opportunity cost and harm, application suggestions. I hope that through this article so that more opportunities for enterprises to improve the cost of attention, I believe the future opportunity costs will be better use of enterprises.
