[摘要]目的 觀察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法 he control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<). Conclusion Using Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction to cure patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease can effectively alleviate the progress of the disease, reduce the expression of immunoglobulin, effectively enhance the immune function of the body, and reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions. 目前,临床常用西药治疗高血压合并冠心病患者,然而长期使用药物治疗,可能会导致患者的机体出现药物不耐受情况,进而出现较多不良反应[1]。现中医药治疗理论逐渐被大众认可,且祁风岳等[2]的研究指出,中药汤剂治疗高血压合并冠心病,其药物副作用更小,更容易被患者所接受。为分析瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的效果及对免疫功能的影响,本研究回顾性分析我院收治的58例高血压合并冠心病患者的临床资料,现报道如下。
1资料与方法
回顾性分析2018年10月~2019年10月我院收治的58例高血压合并冠心病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式差异将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例。观察组中,男16例,女13例;年龄49~71岁,平均(±)岁;病程1~10年,平均(±)年。对照组中,男15例,女14例;年龄49~70岁,平均(±)岁;病程1~11年,平均(±)年。两组患者的性别、年龄、病程等一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>),具有可比性。本研究已经相关医学伦理委员会的批准。纳入标准:①符合《中国高血压防治指南》[3]中高血压的诊断标准;②符合国际心脏病学会[4]制定的冠心病诊断标准;③坐位舒张压在95~110 mmHg,收缩压在145~180 mmHg,且心绞痛发作次数为3~4次/d。排除标准:①伴有严重脑血管疾病及肝肾器官严重衰竭者;②近1个月内心绞痛发作次数超过4次/d者。
对照组给予硝苯地平控释片(拜耳医药保健有限公司;国药准字J20180025;生产批号:BJ48687)口服,30~60 mg/次,1次/d,持续治疗4周。
观察组在对照组的基础上予以瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗,该汤剂的组成为:全瓜蒌、葛根各25 g,薤白、丹参各15
