基于 ANSYS 的渐开线斜齿轮的弯曲强度有限元分析和开发

[ 摘要] 本文基于 ANSYS 自带的 APDL 语言,并利用 编程语言,针对汽车变速箱中渐开线斜
齿轮的特点开发出相应的前处理辅助程序。在友好的图形界面的程序中,只需输入一对相互
啮合齿轮的齿数、模数、压力角、螺旋角、变位系数、载荷大小等基本参数,就可以自动完
成对斜齿轮轮齿的参数化建模、网格划分,施加约束和载荷,分析计算等。通过此程序完成
参数化建模的轮齿的三维有限元前处理,极大地简化了斜齿轮弯曲强度三维有限元分析的处
理过程。

Finite Element Analysis and Exploitation of Involute Helical
Gear Bending Strength Based On ANSYS

[ Abstract ] Based on the form features of involute helical gears in the vehicle transmission, using APDL of
ANSYS and , computer program is developed for the pre-process of finite element analysis
on helical gear bending strength. After inputting the main parameters of the helical gears such as
tooth number, module, pressure angle, helix angle, displacement coefficient, load, this program
which has friendly GUI will automatically finish a series of preprocess, such as modeling, meshing,
adding boundary conditions and loads, for 3D-FEM on helical gear tooth bending strength.
Absolutely, the process of 3D finite element analysis of helical gear bending strength will
simplified significantly with this aided Preprocessor.
