某特种车辆整车结构有限元分析仿真

[ 摘要] 本文使用 ANSYS 有限元分析软件,对某特种车辆的整车结构,进行了刚度和强度特性的有限
元分析仿真。本文特别使用耦合自由度方法,模拟车体和旋转塔之间的滚珠特性和特殊的约
束关系,从而将车体和旋转塔做为一个系统,较真实模拟了此特种车辆的整车结构强度特性。
此特种车辆受到的载荷工况有:旋转塔分别受到向前和向后不同角度的后坐力冲击,以及路
面障碍所产生的最大 10g 加速度的振动冲击。根据仿真分析结果,得出了结论和车体减重改
进建议。

Structural Finite Element Simulation Of A Special Vehicle

[ Abstract ] Using the FE analysis software ANSYS, this paper analyzes the structural strength of a
special vehicle. The DOF coupling method is used to simulate the mechanical
characteristics of ball bearings between the vehicle body and its turret. Thus, the
mechanical properties of the whole vehicle structure are truly simulated with the body and
turret as a system. The special vehicle is subject to the following working loads: the turret is
subject to recoil forces from different angles; and the whole vehicle is subject to a road
obstacle impact with an acceleration of 10g. According to analytical results, conclusions
are made, and weight-reduction to the vehicle is suggested.

1 前言
根据此特种车辆的研制要求,本有限元分析是在对其原车体进行第一轮有限元分析计
算和改进设计的基础上,所进行的更为深入的车体与旋转塔系统的有限元结构仿真分析,
以检验车体及附件在整车重量、旋转塔后坐力和路面障碍冲击下是否达到强度要求
