摘要
摆臂式自卸汽车是自卸汽车中的一种,以其显著的特点得到了广泛的应用。摆臂
式自卸汽车摆臂可以平移起落货箱,它同时具有货物和箱体自动装卸的功能,而且两
种功能由同一个车载工作装置完成。
本设计中的主要工作及过程如下:首先进行了专用车辆的发展现状、设计的目的
及意义的简要概述,接下来就是方案的分析与选择,其中包括底盘、副车架以及托架
的选择设计、总布置方案的分析和确定。然后进入了专用装置的设计,有摆臂的设计,
液压系统的设计,主要包括绘制液压原理图、液压泵、液压缸、各种管路以及阀的选
择,取力器的选用等,最后是对整车总性能的分析。

ABSTRACT
Arm-type dump truck is a vehicle, with its notable features has been widely used.
Swing arm type truck cargo can shift the ups and downs, it also has automatic loading and
unloading goods and the functions of , and two functions of a vehicle by the same
device plete the work.
The main contect of the design as follows: first, it introuduces the special-purpose
automobile’s development; secondly, it introuduces the analysis and choise of the project;
the project includes the design of the chassis, the assistant frame , the bracket and ensuring
the total project. Thirdly, it introuduces the design of special equipment, including the
design of hydraulic pressure, the choise of the implement and the design of the waving arm
of dumping truck. Finally, it checks all the kinds of equipment and calulates the capability
of the special-purpose automobile.
