变速器由传动机构和操纵机构组成,其基本功用是改变传动比,扩大驱动轮转矩
和转速的变化范围,以适应经常变化的行驶条件,同时使发动机在有利的工况下工作;
在发动机曲轴旋转方向不变的前提下使汽车能倒退行驶;利用空档中断动力传递,以
使发动机能够起动、怠速,并便于变速器换档或进行动力输出。变速器的结构要求对
汽车的动力性、燃料经济性、换档操纵的可靠性与轻便性、传动平稳性与效率等都有
直接的影响。
本设计研究了中间轴式五档手动变速器,其目的主要是基于对机械原理、机械设
计、AutoCAD 等知识的熟练运用和掌握,同时运用汽车构造、汽车设计、材料力学等
学科知识,对中间轴式变速器的各部件进行设计,并利用 AutoCAD 软件绘制装配图
和零件图等内容。首先,本文介绍了变速器的现状和设计的主要内容。其次,对工作
原理做了阐述,对不同的变速器传动方案进行比较,选择合理的结构方案进行设计。
最后,对变速器的各档齿轮和轴以及轴承做了详细的设计计算,并进行了受力分析、
强度和刚度校核计算。本文将对变速器换档过程中的重要部件—同步器以及操纵机构
进行阐述,讲述同步器的类型、工作原理、选择方法及变速器壳体的设计。

ABSTRACT

paper studies the design manual shift transmission oart in five, its main purpose is based on
mechanical principle, mechanical design, good use AutoCAD and master knowledge, and
using this automobile structure, automobile design, material mechanics, interchangeability
measurements to discipline knowledge, all the parts of the transmission oart in design, and
using AutoCAD software rendering drawings and parts graph, etc. First, this paper will
outline the
