镇 村村民代表选举办法
根据《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》及省、市、县有关规定，为保证公正有序地推选出本村新一届村民代表和村民组长，特制定本办法。
一、村民代表数额的确定和分配
本村共有 户 人，分 个村民小组，经村选举委员会决定全村共推选 名村民代表，其中：女性代表 人，实行专职专选，男性代表 人。各组分配名额如下：
第一组 名，其中：女性代表 人，男性代表 人；
第二组 名，其中：女性代表 人，男性代表 人；
第三组 名，其中：女性代表 人，男性代表 人；
第四组 名，其中：女性代表 人，男性代表 人；
第五组 名，其中：女性代表 人，男性代表 人；
第六组 名，其中：女性代表 人，男性代表 人；
第七组 名，其中：女性代表 人，男性代表 人；
第八组 名，其中：女性代表 人，男性代表 人；
二、村民代表的构成
村民代表要有代表性和广泛性，应有不同组织成员的代表，不同职业人员的代表和妇女代表。为确保党员和妇女在村民代表占一定例，妇女代表占代表总数的比例要达到1/3以上, 提倡村党支部成员或党员依法当选为村民代表。
