(一〕活动筹备
1、题目拟定〔包括主题与辩题【审】〕
2、各参赛辩手在赛前进行辩论赛培训。【请有经验的优秀辩手(1/2/3/4辩)去指导培训，一定让所有辩手熟悉辩论赛的整个流程】
3、辩手嘉宾牌【秘书处帮助】、秒表【体育部借】、相机【自备多台】、音响设备、麦克风等器材【提前与科讲楼管联系】的准备。
4、各参赛队伍在赛前将参赛队伍详细名单上报畜牧兽医学院学习实践部。【人数：4个辩手+1个替补】
5、各参赛队伍抽签确定初赛辩题,所有辩题由主办方提供。
