气相色谱-质谱法分析山柰挥发油化学成分

摘要采用水蒸气蒸馏法从山柰中提取挥发油。采用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析, 找出最
佳分析条件, 用归一化法测定其质量分数, 并用气相色谱质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。共鉴定了
34 种成分, 占挥发油总成分的 91% 以上。

Abstract T he essential o ils in kaempferia galanga L are extracted by the steam distillation m ethod, and
determ ined by GC M S. V arious k inds of cap illary co lum n are tested and the op timum conditions fo r analysis are
cho sen. T h irty four constituents, amounting to 91% , of the kaempferia galanga L are characterized and
determ ined.

山柰为姜科植物山柰 Kaempferia galanga L 的 1. 2 气相色谱分析条件
干燥根茎, 主产于广东、广西、云南和福建, 台湾亦日本岛津公司所产 GC 9A 型气相色谱仪, 色谱
产[1 ]。山柰具有行气温中、消食、止痛之功效, 常用于柱为 SE 54 (25m × 0. 25mm ) , 弹性石英毛细管柱,

治疗胸膈胀满、脘腹冷痛、饮食不消等症。对于山载气为 N 2, 柱前压 48. 9kPa, 气化室及检测器温度
柰的挥发性成分早在 1924 年已有报道。本工作除鉴均为 250°C, 色谱柱程序升温条件为初始温度 90°C,
测了已报道过的成分外, 还多了鉴定近 30 种化学成保持 8m i
