粘胶长丝的毛丝及定长自动检测研究

摘要
毛丝检测和络筒是纺织工业中非常重要的两道工序。毛丝是成品纱线的主要外观瑕
疵,毛丝量的多少直接影响着成筒纱线的质量等级。精确定长络筒纱线的长度能够在后
续工序过程中减少剩余线头的丢弃,降低浪费,给企业带来很好的经济效益。本文在对
国内外现有的毛丝检测和络筒定长装置进行深入详尽的对比和分析的基础上,结合工厂
实际情况,提出了一种能在粘胶长丝的络丝工艺过程中实时检测毛丝,在纱线卷绕的过
程中对其进行精确定长的研究方法,研制出了一种能够在线实时进行毛丝检测和精确控
制纱线卷绕定长的系统装置。
本文所述的毛丝检测采用非接触式的光电检测的方法,自行设计并优化了接收光敏
三极管阵列的分布形式。该方法是用一束激光照射粘胶长丝,用一组规则排列的光电传
感器对散射光线进行接收。有毛丝时形成的辐射状亮光线会被光敏三极管捕捉到,继而
输出一微弱的电信号,经过后续电路和单片机系统对该信号的处理,检测出毛丝的存在,
同时输出一开关量,控制报警和停机。定长络筒采用的是间接槽筒计数法,并自行对老
式的络筒设备进行了改造。该方法以圈数计数电路为基础,使用 STC89C52RD 单片机作
为系统的主控制器,通过光电转换电路、信号处理电路、计数测量电路、断线处理电路、
键盘显示电路。通过计数槽筒的旋转圈数,经实验和数学推导得出纱线长度与络筒旋转
圈数的关系,经数值转换计算和软件编程,由单片机直接驱动数码管显示出络筒纱线的
长度。
经过实验室实际调试,运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,成本较低且体积小,实现
了预期的设计目标。

Abstract
Broken filament detecting and length measuring are two important steps in the textile
filament is the main extrinsic blemish of the viscose filament, the amount of
broken filament have direct impacts on the quality of the viscose filament. Precision to
determine the length of yarn winding can reduce waste in the course of follow-up procedures,
bring better economic benefits to to some researches and analyses
on broken filament detecting and length measuring device,a method for real-time detecting
broken filaments and measuring the length of viscose filament in the process of winding
viscose filaments has been presented. A device has been developed based on this method.
The method of a non-contact photoelectric detection has been adopted for broken
filament detecting, the arraying form of receiving phototransistors has been designed and
optimized. Using a beam of laser to irradiate viscose filaments and receiving the light with a
set of regular ranked phototransistors,the light radiated by the broken filaments will be
