摘要
我国的医药市场正处在调整与变革的时期,随着基本医疗保险制度的实行,药品分类管理的推行,很多医药企业意识到未来的发展只有依靠物流,才能向更高的层次发展,于是纷纷向医药物流靠拢。作为拥有2337多家门店的深圳海王星辰医药有限公司来说,随着市场份额的不断扩大,除了在品种、经营和内部管理上下工夫,还规划了建立医药物流中心来保持企业较高的利润率。通过设立物流中心为深圳海王星辰医药有限公司降低了成本,保持了低价药品的优势,但门店数量的剧增,产生的退货逆向物流也日益明显。本文通过实地调查,了解到深圳海王星辰医药有限公司物流中心从企业战略的角度出发,把逆向物流与医药物流进行整合,制定了退货管理策略、加强对供应商的管理、设立专门的逆向物流处理中心以控制退货数量。此外,深圳海王星辰医药有限公司物流中心对逆向物流的管理还需要进行大量协调、处置、管理与跟踪。相信随着深圳海王星辰医药有限公司物流活动的不断深入,物流中心整体的逆向物流管理水平将会被深度挖掘,在今后会成为深圳海王星辰医药有限公司物流中心一项标新立异的竞争战略,使企业获得多方面的经济与社会效益。

Abstract
Along with basic medical insurance system implementation, drugs classification management carried out. The medical market of our country is in the period when is adjusted and improved. Many panys realized that develop logistics must depend on distribution centre. To e the advanced, the pany should to face the challenge. Shenzhen Haiwangxingchen pany has more than 2337 stores. With the constant enlargement of market share, not only managed in variety and business, but also set up distribution centre to keep the high profit rate of the pany. To make distribution centre is lower the Shenzhen Haiwangxingchen pany’s costs. The quantity of stores is increased, the produce of reverse logistics is obvious. This text is analysis and research the Shenzhen Haiwangxingchen distribution centre that find to control t
