160余人次。在此基础上，各级领导班子成员及全体党员结合自身思想和工作实际认真撰写了书面发言材料。局党组和11个直属单位领导班子都按照要求召开了专题民主生活会，直面主题，全面查摆了工作中存在的突出问题，深刻剖析原因，明确了努力方向，研究了解决措施，形成了较高质量的《领导班子分析检查报告》，在有机关全体党员干部及直属单位人员、基层代表、服务对象等人员参加的对《领导班子分析检查报告》群众综合评议中，得到了各方面代表的一致好评，%。
整改落实阶段开始以来，局党组进一步把整改思路措施目标化、具体化、责任化、制度化，以应对国际金融危机、保持经济平稳较快发展的主要措施和解决事关群众切身利益、维护社会稳定方面的突出问题为整改落实重点，研究制定了整改落实方案，明确了六个方面共30条具体措施。并结合职能进行了任务分解，确保了责任领导、承办单位和完成时限三落实。同时以“百家破百题”集中攻坚行动为抓手，全面落实整改任务；以“废、改、立”工作为突破口，切实完善体制机制。截至目前，已基本完成整改任务16项，%；新制定和修改完善政策制度12项，占创新体制机制计划的60%。其它整改任务和目标，正在按照《整改落实方案》的要求和时限认真加以落实。
