人民调解岗位责任制度
积极履行人民调解工作，维护社会稳定，促进经济开展。
认真贯彻“调防结合、以防为主〞的工作方针，及时受理调处各类民间纠纷，做到小纠纷不出调解小组，一般纠纷不出社区调委会，疑难纠纷不出街道调委会，调解率达98%以上，成功率达95%以上。
通过多种形式和途径增强群众法制观念和道德观念，采取有效措施预防和制止矛盾纠纷的发生。
加强法律和业务知识的学****自觉遵守调解工作原那么和纪律，不断提高法律、道德和调解技能。
严格按照部颁规定做好民间纠纷受理调解、登记、统计、回访、档案管理等工作，不断提高人民调解工作的标准化水平。
