“我们宁夏中宁县的许多蔬菜大棚都在使用沼气灯，农村能源经济的循环利用已经深入人心了。〞
吴忠市东塔寺乡穆民新村是利通区较早示范推广农村能源的生态示范村之一,全村共有农户68户，300多口人。自国家实施生态富民政策以来，全村农户积极响应政府的号召，把实施清洁能源工程作为农村生活用能和环境治理的重头戏。目前全村大局部农户都用上了沼气和太阳灶。仅农村能源工程一项，就使该村建设户均节支增收1400多元。
调研中，张副部长要求，各级农业部门和农村能源管理部门在实施农村能源建设中要把好质量关，做好建后管理和效劳，充分发挥农村能源的综合效益，为提高农民的生活质量，建设新农村和促进农村节能减排做出成绩。
张桃林副部长还在吴忠市现场观摩了水稻创高产及新品种推介活动，并参观了青饲玉米免耕种植示范区和奶牛养殖园区。 〔宁夏农村能源工作站〕

10月9号，广西壮族自治区副主席陈章良赴革命老区百色市田阳县考察农村能源建设
