三、存在问题
1、年级、学科间的不平衡依然存在，且个别年级、学科的差距还比拟大。如：年级成绩初一最高的新村初中与最低的相差10个多点，初二、初三最高的东庄初中与最低的也都相差在6个点左右；初一英语的优秀率最高的与最低的相差26个点，及格率相差21个点；初二语文优秀率最高的与最低的相差21个多点；初三数学的优秀率最高与最低的也相差10多个点。
2、从学生的答题情况来看，主要存在以下问题：

〔3〕学生的综合创新能力，如：书面表达能力、综合运用所学知识解决实际问题的能力、设计实验能力、探究能力没有得到明显的提高。突出表现在遇到此类问题感到无从下手，因而造成学生在相关题上得分很低。
