在课堂上要降低学生学习的门槛和要求，以退为进，循序渐进分阶段针对不同层次学生制定不同的考试分数要求；强化课堂效益，向45分钟要质量，诱导学生眼到、口到、手到、心到；掌握生物学的图形要求学生做到位置、结构、名称、功能四统一；笔记与教材结合，不要求详记，笔记为总纲，教材内容为细目，提纲契领，防止复习的盲目性和茫然；作业和评价检测以小单元课内完成为主。
