2、车辆、器材维修保障方面：
额济纳旗公安消防大队与茂源汽车修理厂签订协议，充分发挥地方技术优势，打破了以往车辆维修“自保、自修〞的格局。一是开设了消防器材装备特约维修业务，将维修范围扩大到了大队配备的所有专勤器材和特勤器材，解决了以往只能保障一般车辆器材的修理而高新技术装备不会修、不能修的问题；二是得到了地方无偿技术培训和技术咨询，解决了部队干部驾驶员、修理工技术水平不高的问题；三是大修车辆，协议方给予优先维修，给予质量保证。出现维修质量问题，按照行业标准要求给予索赔，解决了以往此类车辆维修时限过长、维修费用高的问题；四是协议方对大队维修车辆专设用户档案，实行全方位效劳，如遇火场应急保障中需其应急抢修或配件供给支援，维修方接到电话1小时内效劳到位，解决了以往火场扑救过程中因车辆故障而制约战斗力提高的问题；五是每季由特约维修站派出技术精湛的技工，对行政车辆和执勤车辆进行全面检查，发现问题及时反响，尽快维修，确保车辆时刻处于良好状态。
