二、志愿者的根本条件：
1、热爱学校，了解我校的根本情况及学校招生规定与流程；
2、为在校本科学生，高中母校为所在省〔区、市〕或地区重点中学或生源质量较好的普通中学；
3、有较强的沟通交流能力，待人热情；
4、有较强的责任感和较高的工作积极性，具备吃苦耐劳的精神，愿意为学校开展招生宣传工作。
三、工作要求:
1、遵守法律，遵守校规，严格执行学校招生宣传工作的有关政策和规定，自觉维护学校利益和声誉；
2、诚信待人，实事求是，全面客观地宣传学校的特色与亮点；
3、讲求实效，充分利用各种资源和渠道，将宣传效益最大化；
4、招生宣传工作结束后应取得相关学校的简要证明材料并加盖公章，并附联系方式。

四、报名与选拔程序：
1、宣传以团队为单位，分地区按学校组团，每团队设3-5人。
2、认真填写?安徽工程大学招生宣传志愿者申请表?，特别是表中“工作设想〞一栏。
3、申请表于12月26日交至各学院，由各学院汇总于12月31日将报名表汇总交至：招生办公室〔行政楼9013室〕
4、校招办综合考虑前往中学地点等各种因素进行初选，经初选合格的同学在接到电话通知后按照指定时间地点接受面试。
5、校招办将根据综合评定结果依次选拔，届时将对被选拔的志愿者进行培训。
