作人员注意。
b)每次开机生产前，必须检查电源电压不得超过正常电压的±5%，检查是否缺项，在启动大电机时，注意不可同时启动，以防止电流过大而造成严重后果。
c)操作员必须严格按照试验室给定的配合比进行生产操作，不可私自改动配比，防止出现废料。
d)沥拌站操作员要时刻注意沥青温度和骨料温度，防止温度过低出现花料或温度过高而使沥青老化出现废料。
e)操作员在确保成品仓下车辆停放就绪后方可放料。仓下无车辆或有人清料时不可放料，以免烫伤或砸伤工作人员。
f)沥拌站成品仓满仓后，不可继续上料，以免因仓位太满而拉断小车钢丝绳，造成严重后果。
g)装载机司机和操作员都必须时刻注意不可使冷料仓空仓而造成级配错误影响成品料的质量，也不可使料仓过满而造成混仓亦影响成品料质量。
h)清料人员必须等车辆停稳后，方可推出废料，不得与运输车辆抢道，以免造成事故。
i)雨天过后生产前，必须用摇表检查电机电缆的绝缘性能，防止短路烧毁电机。
设备维修与保养
1、设备运行期间，维修工必须经常在设备周围巡视，时刻注意设备的运行情况，发现问题及时解决。
