有利于加强建筑工程消防施工质量监督，提高建筑消防工程施工质量。各级公安机关及其消防机构、建设行政主管部门要充分认识《规范》发布实施的重要意义，切实抓好规范的贯彻执行工作，严格督促建筑工程建设、设计、施工、监理及消防设施检测单位抓好《规范》的贯彻执行工作。
二、切实抓好《规范》的宣传贯彻工作。《规范》涵盖了建筑工程消防验收的全过程，涉及面广，内容丰富，具有很强的可操作性，各级公安机关及其消防机构、建设行政主管部门要组织本地建筑工程建设、设计、施工、监理及检测单位及建设工程监督人员，切实抓好《规范》的宣传贯彻工作，掌握《规范》的具体内容，熟悉消防验收的具体方法，严格按照《规范》进行评定，保障《规范》的有效实施。
三、加强对《规范》执行情况的监督检查。各级公安机关及其消防机构、建设行政主管部门要督促建设单位在组织建筑工程验收时，依照《规范》对建筑工程进行消防验收，建立健全消防验收记录，保持建筑工程消防验收记录的完整性和有效性；对建设单位组织验收合格的工程项目，要加强抽查，经监督抽查不合格的建筑工程，要依法予以处罚。
