摘要:
针对煤矿井下许多悬吊设备及装置,需要牵引拉线方可实施悬吊,尤其是井下矿用电缆,一般固定在巷帮上,线路较长,巷道受侧压力作用后,巷帮变形快,电缆易脱落下滑,运输车辆通行时易擦破电缆造成事故,行人安全得不到保证,需要重新调整电缆高度。而靠人工托起悬吊,由于空间狭小,不易操作,电缆悬挂带来很大困难。平煤集团四矿通风队技术人员大胆尝试,经过研究及实验,开发了一种结构简单,便于操作的滑动式可伸缩吊钩,该项设备可以满足井下电缆悬吊拉紧伸缩需求,操作方便、简单,值得在全国煤炭系统推广应用。
