　　3、各村向中心报送的凭证、资料、必须手续齐全，有经手人、证明人、审批人〔在中心留印鉴者〕，要求合法、合规、准确；
　　4、各村所签订的经济合同，必须报送中心一份，以便监督检查合同执行情况；
　　5、中心对各村的收入票实行统一管理。各村可设一名兼职开票员到中心登记领取票据，用完后将存根交回核查注销，作废收据全套交回；

　　此外，由于会计代一记帐中心的效劳，实实在在减少了各村财务管理方面的支出，镇财政的负担相应增大，为此，****镇会计代理记帐中心实行有偿效劳的形式。根本收费标准为行政村每盘帐年定额收费2000元，自然村年总收入20000元以下的每帐年收费300元，%计收。所收取的代理记帐效劳费
