摘 要
由于文化产业是一个高投入、高产出的新兴行业，其开展需要巨额资金，并且，文化产业所提供的文化产品不但要能够满足我国经济、社会开展的需要，而且必须要符合社会主义意识形态的要求。因此，在文化产业的开展进程中，必须要依靠政府政策来引导其开展方向，并给予支持，在政府的众多政策中，财税政策支持是不可或缺的。本文主要是通过以往已有的研究成果，采用了标准分析法分析了我国的文化产业开展情况；通过文化产业相关数据的支持并运用实证分析方法，尽量说明文化产业开展中财政支持的重要性和相关性，以及对税收政策在文化产业开展中的经济学进行论证，分析框架。利用标准分析和实证分析的结合使文章在脉络上更清晰，逻辑上更合理。并且在这些分析的根底上，对我国政府在该产业的财税政策提出切实可行的建议。
