文档介绍：1 摘要土豆挖掘机的设计是矿井运输中的咽喉设备,是沟通矿井上下的纽带。它的运行状态好坏对煤矿安全生产起着重要的作用。实践表明,因挖掘机设备故障造成生产损失的情况时有发生。因此,对其开展故障诊断和状态监测维修工作是十分必要的。本文中介绍了挖掘机机的组成、结构特点以及工作原理,对挖掘机机进行了选型设计,确定了工作参数,选用了最新型的 JKMD - 多绳摩擦式挖掘机机。文中分析了挖掘机机的常见故障现象,通过对挖掘机机主轴承进行润滑及磨损状态分析后,发现存在严重磨损现象,认为尤其在加减速阶段,应该对挖掘机机进行故障诊断和状态监测。提出了状态监测维修的必要性,并将状态监测维修与其他监测方法比较,得出状态监测维修的优势所在。本人进行了故障诊断方法的研究,通过对几种主要诊断方法比较论证后,认为铁谱监测方法为首选方法。本人对挖掘机机主轴承油样进行了铁谱分析,制定了取样规范和主轴承状态判据,并伴有监测实例。特别是铁谱制谱参数优化组合。比较了几种常见铁谱仪后,选择我校研制的 KTP -1 型铁谱仪,结合国内外相关资料所述经验推荐值,进行了铁谱制谱参数优化组合试验,得出相对最佳组合试验参数值:粘度稀释比 3:1 ,成谱转速 70r/min ,滴液速度 。试验成果对现场有一定的参考意义。关键词: 状态监测维修; 主轴承; 铁谱技术; 制谱参数优化 2 ABSTRACT The coal mine hoisting technique is in the mine pit transportation pharynx and larynx equipment, municates about the mine pit. Its running status quality produces the vital role to the coal mine safety. The practice indicated the hoisting technique breakdown creates the situation which the production loses to sometimes occur. Therefore, to its development breakdown diagnosis and the condition monitor maintenance work is extremely essential. T his article introduced the position, the unique feature as well as the principle of work, have carried on the shaping design to the hoisting , had determined the operational parameter, selected the newest JKMD- multi-ropes to rub the type hoisting .
