of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of 规定动作，探索创新自选动作，全力打造走访特色亮点工作。一是严把走访要求关。在办点干部上门入户开展走访过程中，我们要求干部做到“四带〞，即带镇统一印制的民情日记本、便民效劳卡、走访登记表、涉农惠农政策资料。在此次民情“大走访〞活动中，走访干部共发放走访登记表2万余张，。由办点干部下到村场逐户进行上门走访，全力确保“四个100%〞落实到位：即入户走访率100%，意见收集率100%，意见整改和反应率100%，便民效劳卡发放率100%。二是严肃纪律责任关。严格实行一天一通报制，通过在主办公楼张贴大走访活动开展进度表，对办点干部当天走访数、累计走访数、走访完成百分率实现一天一通报进度，办点干部三天一碰头，三天一督查，三天一通报，通过干部汇报走访工作成效，收集反映突出问题，下发督查走访简报等形式，不断强化干部奋力争先的责任感和紧迫感。三是严格考核奖评关。我们参照县民调中心模式，结合我镇实际，制作了专门的民调问卷表格，抽调专人进行电话民意调查和到上门入户进行问卷调查的方式，将办点干部和办点部门单位走访工作任务完成情况、走访成效是否明显，解决群众反映的热点、难点问题完成情况等工作指标做为考核奖评重要依据，对全镇63个村场走访情况进行打分排队，
