第三、我乡为村干部提供了增长才干的机遇，实行了村支书、主任培训制度。每年都会有方案地组织年度考核优秀、工作实绩突出和党建示范村、新农村建设示范村的村书记、主任到省内外兴旺地区就现代农业、新农村建设等进行考察学习。
第四、按照?南江县实施离职村干部生活补贴暂行方法?，我乡对符合规定的20多位离任村干部进行了定期定额补贴，调动了村干部的积极性，消除了村干部的后顾之忧，切实解决了离职村干部的实际生活问题。
