一、工程背景
〔一〕工程执行单位概况
工程执行单位——茂兰保护区管理局，隶属于贵州省林业厅，始建于一九八九年，现有职工二十九人。其中高级工程师2 人，工程师3人，助理工程师9人。管理局下设九个科、室、站、所，另外还设有森林旅游开发公司，负责保护区内的旅游开发和建设管理工作，一九九八年开发了茂兰喀斯特森林生态旅游区。到目前为此，已接待游客两万人次以上，营业收入近二十万元，全部用于景区的道路、桥梁等根底设施的建设。
