。本设计中主要是对工作装置进行设计和分析计算。并对数据进行校核。我设计的内容包括动力系统设计,对行驶过程中的受力分析。运输工况时的牵引力和牵引功率的平衡。我对工作装置的设计主要包括工作装置总体方案的选择。工作装置结构尺寸的确定。液压缸的设计。以及设计合理性的分析。我对PLC设计的部分包括:介绍PLC设计的背景,挖掘机节能控制系统的介绍。I/O点的分配。PLC程序梯形图和接线图。本文完成的主要工作有: 1)建立了液压挖掘机主工作装置的数学模型; 2)针对工作装置的计算工况,建立了相关的力学模型; 3)确定了液压挖掘机的设计方案,完成了主要参数的设计计算; 4)对主要工作装置的铰点和关键部位进行力学分析和计算; 5)PLC部分的设计 6)液压回路分析

ABSTRACT
ton hydraulic excavator is posed of a working device and a walking device. This design mainly is the work of device design and calculation. And data checking. The design includes the design of the power system, the driving force analysis in the. The transport condition when the traction force and the traction power balance. I work on device design mainly includes the choice of the overall program of working device. Determining the size of working device structure. The design of hydraulic cylinder. Design and analysis of rationality. I design to PLC portion includes : an introduction to PLC design background, energy-saving control system introduction. I/O point distribution. PLC programming ladder diagram and wiring diagram. This paper pleted the major work:1) establishment of hydraulic excavator work device of main mathematical model;2) the working device calculation conditions, establishes the mechanics model;3) determine the hydraulic excavator design, completed the design calculation of main parameters;4) the main work of the hinge point and device the key parts of mechanical analysis and calculation;5) PLC6) part of the design of hydraulic circuit analysis
