Abstract:  Objective  To find the relationship between glucose concentration and the proliferation of   The proliferation of mouse fibroblast was tested in different concentration of glucose at 12h,24h,48h K amount of the outcell type I collagen fibers was tested by the mouse type I collagen Elisa kit,and the expression of αsmooth muscle actin (αSMA) tested by   We found that under the medium of low concentration,the proliferation was much more than that in the high concentration groups after 12h,24h and 48h(P<),namely the concentration was negatively correlated with the tested the outcell type I collagen fibers using the mouse type I collagen Elisa kit,but there was no difference between each group(P>).About the expression of mouse αSMA,positive correlation was found between the glucose concentration and the expression of the mouse α  At the original augmentation of the blood glucose,the proliferation of fibroblast is not when it gets over a level,the proliferation will be depressed,which can lead to the delay of the healing of raw surface;the concentration of glucose has nothing to do with the outcell type I collagen fibers;the concentration of glucose is a fact
