中国中药杂志和前沿趋势。计算机检索 Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)数据库，检索建
库至 2021 年 12 月 28 日已发表的 POF 研究相关的文献并运用文献计量学软件 CiteSpace 对国家、期刊、作
者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。共纳入 1 251 篇文献，其中英文 217 篇，中文 1 468 篇。自 1989 年以来，文献数
量总体上呈上升趋势，中国是主要贡献者。中文文献形成的核心作者群主要以丰逸轩、任玉兰、凌乐乐、滕秀香等为
代表的合作团队，BETTERLE C 为该国际研究领域发文量最高的作者。发文量主要来源于中医药特色期刊和高校，
《Human Reproduction》在国际研究所占比例最高（11 篇，%）。研究内容主要集中在中医药治疗 POF 的治疗方
法、研究方法及作用机制等，其中的左归丸、基因、细胞、模型、表达等为当前研究热点；针灸、数据挖掘、系统评
价、氧化应激、活化作用可能是未来发展趋势。未来应注重运用现代科学技术对中医药理论和实践进行科学阐释和解
析，对其进行信息化、数字化和知识化的研究是促进中医药国际化和现代化进程的重要内容，这可能有助于研究人员
探索未来研究的新方向，并确定该领域潜在合作的新视角。

Abstract This study aims to use bibliometric methods to explore the research trends of Chinese medicine for premature
ovarian failure (POF) from 1989 to 2021, and to explore the research status, research hotspots and frontier trends of
international cooperation, knowledge structure, and active topics. Using the Web of Science and China National Knowledge
Infrastructure (CNKI) database, retrieve the literature related to POF research that has been published since the establishment
of the database, and use the bibliometric software CiteSpace to identify countries, journals, authors, institutions, k ey
words
