文档介绍:抓件液压机械手设计摘要机械手是在自动化生产过程中使用的一种具有抓取和移动工件功能的自动化装置。目前液压机械手被广泛应用于工业领域中。使用机械手,可以实现生产加工的自动化, 把人从繁重的体力劳动中解放出来。使用机械手可稳定和提高产品的质量,提高劳动生产率,降低生产成本。本次设计要求我们综合运用液压、机械、电控方面的知识,完成液压机械手的设计,包括机械部分、液压系统和 PLC 控制部分。机械部分是在力学计算的基础上经过结构分析进行设计,包括手部﹑手臂和机身。通常机械手的手部要求结构紧凑,重量轻,通用性好,夹持精度高。臂部则要求刚度好,重量轻,运动速度高,惯性小,动作灵活,位置精度高。液压系统的设计包括液压系统的计算和液压元件的选用; PLC 控制部分包括控制梯形图的绘制及选择控制元件。关键词液压机械手;液压系统;设计; PLC 华中农业大学本科毕业设计 II Abstract Mani p ulator isa sort of aut o matio n device which has the functio nof gras p and transfer work p iec esdur ing the automated production . Today hydraulic manipulator is widely used in industry field. It can make the produce process automat ed and liberate the people from heavy physical labor . It can promote the quality of production and decrease the cost of produc tion. In this design, we should use the knowledge of hydrauli c , mechanism and electric prehensively plete the design of hydraulic manipulator, including machine system, hydraulic and PLC control system. The mechanical part is designed on the basis of putation foundation after the structure analysis, including hand, arm and fuselage. Generally the man ipu lator ’s hand should have four merit s: compact structure , light weight, good universal property and high catch precision. Well, the arm should have merits that are good rigidit y , light weigh t , high movement velocit y , small inertia and flexible motion. The hydraulic system design including the hydraulic system c omputation and the selection of ponents; The PLC control system design including plotting the ladder diagram and selecting the ponent.
