（四）负责全省招标代理机构动态考评信息的审核与发布；
（五）负责由省工商行政管理局核发营业执照的省属招标代理机构和在我省设立了分公司的外省招标代理机构的动态考评工作。
第五条 各省辖市、县（市、区）招投标监管机构负责对本行政区域内从事招标代理业务的招标代理机构进行动态考评管理，具体承担以下职责：
（一）贯彻落实国家、省有关工程建设项目招标代理管理的法律规范，对招标代理机构的市场行为进行监督管理；
（二）负责对招标代理机构进行日常考评，并收集、核实、上报本行政区域内招标代理机构的动态考评信息；
（三）根据招标代理机构的动态考评状况实行差别化管理;
（四）省辖市招投标监管机构负责统一组织由本地（含省管县）工商行政管理部门核发营业执照的招标代理机构的动态考评工作。
第六条 招标代理机构动态考评管理应当遵循公开、公平、公正和标准统一的原则。
第七条 “江苏建设工程招标网”（）是全省招标代理机构动态考评信息的统一发布平台。招标代理机构动态考评信息除在“江苏建设工程招标网”和各省辖市、县（市、区）招投标网站同步发布外，有关失信信息还将传送至“江苏省住房和城乡建设信用信息管理系统”。
