港台高考作文评分原则
1. 本题总分为20分,按5个档次给分。
2. 评分时,先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次, 然后以该档次的要求来衡量,确定或调整档次,最后给分。词数少于70或多于120个,扣一分。
各档次的给分范围和要求:
第五档:(17-20)能写明全部或绝大部分要点;语言基本无误,行文连贯,表达清楚。
第四档(13-16):能写明全部或绝大部分要点;语言有少量错误;行文基本连贯,表达基本清楚。
第三档(8-12):能写出基本要点;语言虽有较多错误,尚能达意。
第四档(4-7):能写出部分要点:语言错误多,影响意思表达。
第一档(0-3)白卷,或文不对题,或错误百出,不知所云。

My Idea of an English Month
I like the idea of English Month. I think we can do lots of interesting things during the month. Firstly, we can each read a good story book and talk about it in groups. We can share what we learn from the books we read. Secondly, we can watch some English films. There are many really good films shown in cinemas now. we can not only know the stories told by the films but also learn English in real language use situations. Thirdly, we can learn to sing more English songs. Most of our students love singing and want to sing in English. I’m sure that English Month is going to be very essful.

English Advisor Wanted
The Student Union of our school decides to invite an international student to work as an English Study Advisor next term. The main responsibilities of the advisor include helping students to practice their oral English.
