第二个项目是颇为考验心理素质的“悬空摇摆”，队员们从晃荡不定的伸展桥通过，然后通过长达40米的“竖网桥”折回。前面队员每跨越一部，都必须稳定重心，否则影响其它队员通过，在这个过程中，教练和全体队员们不断鼓励胆怯的同事，最终全体完成了项目。
此时，雨越下越大，教练征求我们是否继续，全体人员一致要求冒雨前进。于是我们在风雨中又开始向“突出重围”项目进发并顺利通过，上午项目结束。

经过中午的短暂休整，海葳特三个团队又昂首出发，挑战下午的水上项目。先后进行了“鼓浪屿”、“搭桥过河”、“独木桥”、“水上漂”等。在这几个项目中，大家相互协作、紧密配合，以勇于挑战的精神和冷静的心态，完美完成了各个项目，创造了没有一人失足下水的佳绩。
此次拓展的压轴戏是“闯关酷地带”，这是难度最高、挑战性最强的项目之一，共由10关组成，让队员在挑战自我、相互协助的过程中成功闯关。教练要求在40分钟内完成，并且确保5人不下水。为了达成目标，几乎全部男同事都自愿下水支援。稳定原木、把持浮桥、双手托人、双肩承重......确保大部分队员在不沾水的情况下顺利过关。
